How do I become a volunteer?  Anyone interested in volunteering for the City must first complete and submit an on-line City volunteer application.  In addition, a signed Waiver of Liability form must be completed and received prior to application approval. Please be advised that if you are volunteering for a position that deals with children, transportation or money MUST be fingerprinted by the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department and Administrative Services and cleared with the Department of Justice BEFORE BEGINNING volunteer service (no cost to volunteer).

If you are already approved as a volunteer and have received your Volunteer Log-in and Password, and would like to access your VOLGISTICS account to sign up or review assignments, please click on the button below:

If you are eighteen years of age or older and are interested in becoming part of our Volunteer Program, you will need to attend a mandatory volunteer orientation, download the volunteer application form here, sign the last page of our volunteer manual and then sign up for one-to-one training sessions.  The next orientation date is:

During the orientation we will be discussing operations, volunteer roles, regulations and expectations.
