Sammi Jo's Story
I had wanted a kitten for awhile and I wanted to adopt one from a shelter so I could give an unwanted kitty a home. I heard about the RC shelter from my grandpa and so my mom and I decided to go look. When I saw all the kittens one of them stood out to me it was in a cage at the bottom and it was sitting way in the back. It was a cute little female siamese kitten. I had always liked siamese cats and when I saw her I just had to have her! One of the Staff at the RC shelter let me hold her and I just fell in love with her she was the cutest thing. She told me that the kitten would always hiss at them and she was amazed at how the kitten was so calm when I held her. Of course we adopted her and picked her up a few days later from the Upland Animal Hospital after being spayed. The RC shelter named her Sami Jo but I decided to rename her Paris. Paris is such a wonderful kitten!! She is so playful and very loving. She always makes me laugh. She always curls up next to me at night and just purrs up a storm. She is the best cat I have ever had and I am so glad I adopted her!!
